Hotel Information
Through the intermediary of the Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service, hotel
accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates in the hotels mentioned
on the hotel booking form. Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service
works with more than 80 hotels in Amsterdam, from tourist class to
luxury hotels. Accommodation can also be booked in other hotels than
the hotels mentioned. Rates quoted are per room, per night, and
include services, taxes and private facilities unless otherwise
stated. The rates for single rooms range between 75 to 250 Euro and
from 84 to 300 Euro for double rooms.
Budget hotels and campings
Reservations for budget hotels or campings are not possible using the hotel booking form as mentioned below. For a list of budget hotels and campings see a separate page.
How to reserve a hotel room
If hotel reservations are required, a hotel booking form can be sent

In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is
advised. Requests received after 24 April 2002 will be accepted but
hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service
reserves the right to book you into a similar hotel, in case the
requested hotel is already fully booked.
Confirmation of reservation
RAI Hotel Service will forward a personal hotel voucher to the
delegate only after receipt of the deposit. If RAI Hotel Service does
not receive the deposit the hotel reservation will not be made. The
deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill upon presentation of the
voucher.
Cancellation of reservation
Notification of cancellations and changes should always be made to RAI
HOTEL SERVICE directly and can only be accepted in writing. Changes on
reservations with arrival in the weekend or on Monday and Tuesday next can
only be processed if received before Friday 5 pm (Dutch time).
Cancellations will be charged with administration costs of Eur 35,-. For
cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the
hotel is entitled to charge the first night's room rate.
A different cancellation policy is applicable on room reservations from
9 rooms on. We will enclose these conditions with the confirmation.
On all our reservations the UVH (the Uniform Hotel Conditions) are
applicable. These can be sent upon request.
